Can the Acer Aspire One 3G 10.1-Inch Netbook run runescape?
I am looking into getting a netbook with 3g internet and i was wondering if this is a good netbook, as well as can it run runescape. If so, can it run it in high detail and will it be lagy with 3g?

Normal detail, it can run.
High detail, there will be lag even in wifi mode.
Although to be honest, I never plaied runescape udner 3G. I just know my netbook can’t play high detail mode at all without a lot of lag.

How do you protect a netbook?
I’m interested in buying a netbook, but I am wondering how I would go about protecting the computer since it doesn’t take discs. How would you install software such as norton? Also, I need some recommendations on brands. I have been interested in an acer aspire one 10.1, but I’m not sure. I’m a college student and would be using it for researching and typing notes and papers. Please help if you can.

Dont listen to these fools obviously they dont know what they are talkign about iam on that netbook right now and i had that same question and i checked into it and everyones that doesnt know what they are talking about says definetly not netbooks arent for gaming they are for surfing chatting videos ect.
Now to answer your question it does run on that laptop quite well if i might add you just have to run everything on minimal setting i just got off wow and i had 20-25 fps most of the time its when you get in heavly populated areas is where it gets choppy lik 10-15 fps still vey playable so the answer is YES YOU CAN PLAY WOW ON THIS NETBOOK FOR ALL YOU KNOW IT ALLS….which really dont know what they are talking about
and if ya dont know fps stands for its frames per second and 20-25 is very playable…and also if you decide to get it when you go to download it it says you dont meet requirements thats because of the ram just download anyways…
